Scope of Works Delivered

JKR Group was engaged by Build Run Repair (BRR) to deliver the structural steel erection and mechanical installation for the new K5 Batch Plant at Visy’s Yatala Glass Manufacturing Facility. This facility forms a critical component of Visy’s raw materials and recycled glass handling operations, supporting high-volume, continuous glass production.

Key works included:

  • Structural steel erection for the multi-level Batch Plant structure rising over 22 metres
  • Installation of the Beneficiated Cullet Transfer Tower
  • Erection of the Raw Materials Warehouse steel structure
  • Installation of the Belt Bridge and Main Gantry
  • Assembly and installation of platforms, stairs, and walkways
  • Mechanical installation of silos, hoppers, and bulk material handling equipment
  • Installation and alignment of bucket elevators, conveyors, mixers, and feeders
  • Integration of mechanical systems within the structural framework
