JKR Group was engaged to deliver the structural steel erection works for the Blacks Transport Distribution Centre in Park Ridge, Queensland. The project involved the construction of two large-scale warehouse facilities forming part of a modern logistics and distribution hub designed to support the continued growth of Blacks Transport’s operations.
The development comprised approximately 17,000m² of warehouse space and required the installation of more than 300 tonnes of painted structural steel fabricated locally in South East Queensland. JKR Group was responsible for coordinating and executing the steel erection works, heavy lifting operations, and supporting construction activities through to final cladding installation.
The successful delivery of the project highlights JKR Group’s capability in delivering large-scale industrial and logistics facilities while maintaining safety, quality, and program requirements.
