About Grant
Grant brings a unique combination of construction experience, operational leadership, and compliance expertise to JKR Group. Having progressed through a range of site-based and management roles throughout his career, he has developed experience across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and fit-out projects.
As HSEQ Manager, Grant is responsible for overseeing JKR Group’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems, ensuring our operations meet legislative requirements and industry best practice. He works closely with project managers, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to maintain compliance, support project delivery, and continually improve our integrated management systems.
In addition to managing the company’s ISO-certified management systems, Grant oversees audits, policies, procedures, and training initiatives, helping to foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement across the business.
